DS Logistics Co., Ltd. was founded on the 1st of October 1998 when South Korea
was going through the hard time controlled by IMF.

10 years from that time, now in 2007 DS Logistics Co., Ltd. managed to have a new
goal and took a big step to go higher as a total logistics company.

In 2005, we established DS Trans Co., Ltd. which takes part in land transportation
and in 2006 we made DS Bonded Warehouse Co., Ltd. which takes part in bonded
warehousing business.

We constructed a bonded warehouse which is total land space 3,806㎡, floor
space 1,680㎡ Kimhae City, Kyungsang Namdo where locates a rear place of new
port of Busan as date 1st of July.

By the construction of a bonded warehouse, we completed a one-stop total
logistics system that can bring accomplishments to international transportation,
inland haulage in Korea and customs clearance and storage at our own bonded
warehouse.

The last ten years were the time we readied a foundation as a total logistics
company, but the next ten years will be the time that we will make great progress
to become a global total logistics company.

The employees of DS Logistics Co., Ltd. who know that the progress we made till
